Blueline sends text messages only to people who have opted in. When you opt in, we collect your mobile number and keep a record of your consent, including when and how you gave it. We use this information only to send the messages you agreed to receive, such as service notifications, installation and appointment updates, support follow-ups, and account alerts. Registration includes business details, such as our legal name, tax ID, address, website, and business contact, plus campaign details, such as the campaign purpose, sample messages, and sending phone numbers. It never includes your opt-in data.

Business Messaging Services
Blueline provides business SMS services, including A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration, that our customers use to text their own contacts. When we register a customer, we collect the details The Campaign Registry requires: legal company name, tax ID (EIN), business address, website, industry, and a business contact’s name, phone, and email, along with the campaign’s use case, description, sample messages, and phone numbers. We submit this information to TCR and mobile carriers only to register and maintain the customer’s campaigns.
When customers send messages through our platform, we process message content, phone numbers, and related data on their behalf and according to their instructions.
- Each business customer confirms that its registration information is accurate and true
- Each business customer agrees to collect and process subscriber opt-ins and opt-outs, and to reply to the HELP keyword with its contact information
- Each business customer is responsible for following applicable laws and carrier requirements
- We do not use our customers’ registration information, contact lists, or message content for our own marketing
If you received a text from a business that uses Blueline’s services, please contact that business directly with questions about how it handles your information. You can always reply STOP to opt out.
