Mr. Williams leads Blueline’s executive management team and provides long-term vision and strategic direction during a time where the company is experiencing unprecedented growth. A telecommunications veteran and visionary leader, Scott comes to Blueline after twenty years of building successful sales and marketing organizations in both the Central Florida area, as well as nationwide. Scott served in a Sr. Sales Leadership role at ITC Deltacom for eight years. After his time at Deltacom, Scott was a founding partner in Advanced Business Networking, which he successfully merged with several other network management companies to create TrueChoice Technology, a sister company of Blueline, where Scott also presently serves as CEO. A lifelong resident of Sanford, Florida, Scott proudly serves as a board member and past Chair of the Sanford Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Buffa heads up day-to-day operations, customer experience, and sales and marketing at Blueline, while bringing over 30 years of industry experience to the executive team. Prior to joining Blueline, Mr. Buffa served as VP of Sales and Marketing for Access Point, a nationwide provider of Voice and Data to enterprise clients. Prior to Access Point, Mr. Buffa served as VP of Sales and Partner Development at Broadsmart, one of the nation’s first providers of UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service). Earlier in his career, Mr. Buffa spent over a decade at BTI where he rose from Regional Vice President of Florida to VP of all Channel Sales. Mr. Buffa’s roots in the telecommunications industry stretch back to the late 1980s where he owned and operated TTI, Teslo, Paycom and Interloop, a group of payphone and long-distance companies with his family.
Mrs. Williams is responsible for Blueline operations, focusing on client provisioning, customer care, and NOC operations. Lori’s teams function together to offer Blueline customers a white glove install and onboarding experience, an unparalleled level of network reliability, as well as 24/7/365 technical support from Blueline’s state-of-the-art Network Operations Center (NOC). Lori has spent the past 12 years in operations roles, first at Blueline’s sister company, TrueChoice Technology, where she presently serves as VP of Operations, then here at Blueline.
Roxy Williams grew up in the telecom industry. From an early age she was observing and absorbing as much as she could from her greatest mentors, her parents — Scott and Lori Williams. Officially, Roxy has held her role as Office Manager since 2016. Her primary responsibility is making sure that all Blueline employees and its visitors feel loved. With as committed as she is to her role here at Blueline, she also enjoys zoomies around the office, sprints around Sanford’s Paw Park, and long walks with any Blueline employee. But whatever you do, don’t ask her if she wants a bath.
